RV Parking
Pull in and plug in. Two RV spots with 50 amp electric and gravity-fed spring water, right alongside Cabin Creek. No waste hookup — but the mountain views and trout stream make up for it.

Cabin Creek
100 yards of creek frontage right on the property. Rainbow, Brown, and Native trout. Cast a line or just sit and listen.
Rec Room
Microwave, coffee maker, board games, puzzles, and a place to kick back. Recharge before or after the trail.
Party Deck & Grill
Table, chairs, and a grill on a deck right on Cabin Creek. Cook dinner and swap trail stories under the stars.
Starlink WiFi
Stay connected at 4,500 ft. Upload photos, check trail conditions, or video call home.
Spring Water
Gravity-fed, spring-sourced water straight from the mountain. Clean and cold — fill up anytime.
Farm Animals
Goats, dogs, a cat, and egg-laying chickens. A little farmstead charm to go with your trail stay.

Before You Arrive
We keep it real — here's what to expect so there are no surprises.
Restrooms
Porto potties on-site. We know it's not the Ritz — but after days in the woods, it's an upgrade. Showers are coming soon.
Water Supply
Gravity-fed spring water for drinking, cooking, and filling bottles. Clean mountain water — no filter needed.
Early Season
We're opening early to learn before peak thru-hiker season. Some things are still in progress — your feedback helps us improve.
Easy AT Access
Highway 58 (The Crooked Road) in Whitetop, VA. Easy on/off for AT hikers at Mile 496.5. Near Grayson Highlands and Mt. Rogers.
